Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Standard Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour: full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund.
- No-shows: no refund.
2. Weather-Related Cancellations
If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., hot air balloon flights cancelled due to wind), you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- Free rescheduling to another available date
3. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings"
- Click "Cancel" on the booking you wish to cancel

4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Refund amounts are in the original currency of payment (EUR).
5. Multi-Day Tours
For multi-day tour packages, cancellation terms may vary. Please check the specific tour details at the time of booking. Generally:
- More than 7 days before start: full refund.
- 3–7 days before start: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before start: no refund.
