Can I change my menu option after booking?

Yes, menu changes are accepted up to 48 hours before the tour date. Please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust the ingredient preparations accordingly.

Is the tour suitable for vegetarians?

Several dishes on the menu are naturally vegetarian, including gözleme, kısır, lentil köfte and many of the meze options. Please let us know your dietary preferences at the time of booking and we will tailor the experience to suit you.

Can I purchase cooperative products on the day?

Yes. At the end of the tour, handcrafted products made by the cooperative members are available to purchase — a wonderful way to support the cooperative and bring a piece of local craft home with you.

女性協同組合のメンバーが温かく家庭的な雰囲気の中であなたを出迎え、その日のプログラムの概要と一緒に作る料理の紹介を受けます。地元産の新鮮な食材はグループで洗浄、選別、下ごしらえされ、協力的な女性たちがそれぞれの食材の背景にあるストーリーを共有します。

そこから本格的な調理が始まります。伝統的なレシピと、巻く、こねる、包むなどの実践的なテクニックを段階的に教えながら、選択したメニューからメインディッシュとサイドプレゼンテーションを準備します。すべての準備が整うと、完成した料理は伝統的なアナトリアスタイルでテーブルに並べられ、それぞれの盛り付けが丁寧に行われます。
