Communication before the balloon tour was very clear and they made the process so easy. The car came right to our hotel on time and it was a short ride to where our balloon was. We were given a small care bag with snacks and drinks because it was so early. We got to see some balloons take off before us which was cool to see. We got into our balloon after watching it fill up and float up. The balloon operator was very engaging and gave us a lot of information during our journey. The ride is unbelievable and breathtaking, words and photos cannot do it justice. Our ride was an hour, which was the perfect amount of time to get some great photos and videos, and enjoy the peacefulness of the air. We had a very smooth landing and celebrated with champagne and flight certificates afterwards. The driver took us right back to the hotel. Everything with this company was smooth, easy, and completely hassle free. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it and it’s a must do in Kapadokya. I highly recommend this tour!!
