2. Bookings & Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation will be sent to your email after successful payment.
Tour availability is subject to weather conditions and operator schedules.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Weather-related cancellations by the operator will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

4. Liability

Cappadocia Adventures acts as a booking intermediary. Tour operators are responsible for the safe delivery of their services. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during tours. We recommend travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking.
