Absolutely not. This tour is specifically designed for guests who want to enjoy the spectacle of the balloons from the ground, with exceptional viewpoints and a professional photographer.

What happens if the balloons are cancelled due to weather ?

If the balloons are cancelled before your hotel pickup, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs after pickup, you will receive a 50% refund.

What is the difference between the Group and Private options ?

The Group Tour accommodates up to 16 people and includes drone video footage for all participants. The Private Tour is exclusively for your group and includes a professional photographer, around 250 photos, 1 professionally edited Instagram reel, and 10 edited photos of your choice.

Will the photos be sent to us after the tour ?

Yes. All photos and footage captured during the tour are shared with you after the experience, digitally.

Where do we watch the balloons from?

You’ll be taken to exclusive viewing points with clear visibility of the balloon take-off sites and flight paths, often in valleys like Love Valley, Rose Valley, or Göreme Panorama. Our guides always choose the best location based on wind direction and balloon flight zones for that day.
